We offer a complete servicing, repair and PAT testing service for all your school theatre and hall lighting, sound and AV systems.

We will clean lenses, heat sinks, rigging and then PAT test all your equipment to a very high standard. We will also rig and focus your lighting once complete.

We test PAT test your school lighting so that you can comply with the relevant safety requirements. This type of equipment regularly gets missed or forgotten when your regular school equipment is tested.

Does my School lighting need PAT Testing?

School and University Lighting and Sound equipment often gets forgotten or not tested on your regular cyclical school PAT Testing schedule.

Often the equipment is situated at height or hard to access places. Many generic Office PAT testing companies don’t recognise or have the necessary knowledge to PAT test your school lighting or sound systems properly.

Caterham PAT Testing has the required knowledge, working at height training and correct test adaptors to ensure your equipment is tested properly in line with current guidance.

The build up of dust is also a problem on fixtures not regularly inspected and cleaned. This is a big fire hazard. We will clean all your fixtures and fittings including lighting bars to ensure your environment is kept as safe as possible.

We are trained to work at height using ladders and access towers to carry out your Theatre & Stage Lighting PAT Testing.

Full Itemisation

Every item we test is labelled, recorded and entered onto a database which we keep for 5 years. A document of all your tested items will be sent to you.

PAT Testing theatre and event equipment does take longer than standard office items. We systematically work our way through all your kit properly to ensure your events are safe.
